Meet Ava

Ava Dash is an American model and author of Indian, Dutch, and African-American descent. The native New Yorker, co-authored 96 Words for Love with her mother in 2019, a modern retelling of the Indian legend Shakuntala. Proceeds from the book support young survivors of sex trafficking in India, reflecting Ava’s deep commitment to using her platform for meaningful change.

As a model, Ava is committed to making an impact both in fashion and beyond, using her influence to encourage conscious style and support meaningful causes. Her career has taken her across the globe, landing features in major publications and campaigns. Ava has fronted PETA’s campaign promoting vegan accessories over exotic skins and collaborated with UGG and The Teen Project to uplift women transitioning out of the foster care system.

As the eldest daughter of music mogul Damon Dash and fashion designer Rachel Roy, Ava continues to carve her own path in the industry and has exciting projects, including a return to television, on the horizon.
